For over 10 years I helped businesses navigate employment law, workplace relations, and WHS compliance.
While that work delivered value, I repeatedly saw the same issue. Businesses didn’t need another policy - they needed systems.
Systems that connect people, safety, operations, and compliance into one practical framework.
That’s why Forge Management Systems was created.
Today, my focus is on designing and implementing integrated management systems that are simple, scalable, and built for the way operational businesses actually work.

Before launching Forge Management Systems, I founded and operated 360 HR Connect and Tradie Resources, supporting more than 150 Australian businesses with HR, WHS, and workforce compliance.
